The Start of Apple
Apple began when Steve Wozniak, Steve Jobs’ friend, created the Apple I in 1976. Steve Wozniak’s intention for building the Apple I was to simply impress his computer-club friends. Steve Job’s realized that Wozniak’s device had potential and could be used for more than Steve Wozniak intended. Steve Jobs was a visionary leader. He brought up the idea of doing something more with the Apple I and he had an understanding of how to get there. Together, they followed Steve Jobs’ vision and created the Apple II which made millionaires of the two young founders. As Apple grew, Steve Wozniak quickly lost interest, and Steve Jobs was left to dominate the company.
